On Wednesday and Thursday we visited Xuzhou, where Kai was born. We stayed at the most amazing hotel, situated in the middle of a lake. It was quiet and beautiful, a resort during the warmer months. It was quite cold while we were there.
On Wednesday we visited the orphanage and saw Kai's finding place.
We also toured the orphanage with Ms. Tang, and met Kai's care providers, doctors, and friends. He loved it, and was really excited to see his buddies again.
We saw where Kai slept, played, and was bathed.
